We live in a time that challenges us to rethink our communities, our forms of leadership, and also our relationship with Israel. In this context, coming together, listening to each other, and building together becomes more necessary than ever .The 4th edition of the Jewish Leadership Network invites us once again to come together to strengthen a network of leaders committed to the present and, above all, to the future of Jewish life.JLN is a space for mutual strengthening, exchange, and network building , from a contemporary, pluralistic, and open perspective on Jewishness: a Judaism that expresses itself and renews itself through culture and art, spirituality, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit ; that understands community building as one of the essential leadership capacities of our generation ; and that proposes a new Zionist dialogue: pluralistic, curious, and unafraid of complexity , capable of strengthening the bonds between our leaders, our communities, and Israel.This year we want to place special emphasis on culture and art, spirituality and innovation as living expressions of our identity , and on the active hope that is born from our values and mobilizes us to transform reality.We also want to celebrate diversity and inclusion as a source of enrichment for our network , and delve deeper into the Culture of Peace as a horizon that invites us to meet with others, recognize our differences, and build spaces for dialogue and coexistence.Because leading today doesn't just mean responding to the challenges of the present. It also means imagining possible futures, generating new questions, building bridges, and taking responsibility for building them together .

You'll have the opportunity to present projects, ideas and ventures in poster or infographic format, which will be displayed throughout the Meeting, with space to show and receive feedback.Plan ahead: We ask that you send us your project materials by October 20, 2026, in presentation format, to the email jlnetwork.osm@gmail.com , so that we can share and display them during the Meeting.
